Various meetings take place on a necessity basis, throughout the year, to plan for upcoming events or make important executive decisions. All Executive Officers are expected to attend these meetings, however meeting information is published for anyone who would like to help.
Meeting minutes (or a record of meeting discussions) are prepared by our Chapter Secrectary and posted, via email to the Executive Committee.
